A video of extreme violence showing the execution of Ana Carolyna Rudgeri Santana began circulating in WhatsApp groups, Telegram, and gore content pages after the Goiás Civil Police launched Operation Ordem Expressa on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in Goiânia (GO).

According to investigations by the State Homicide Investigation Division (DIH), the young woman was murdered in a crime linked to misogyny "mainly" and drug trafficking and the activities of a criminal organization in the capital of Goiás. The victim was decapitated and her body was partially burned after the execution.

The police executed four temporary arrest warrants and four search and seizure warrants at properties located in the Real Conquista Sector and the Itaipu Residential area. The suspects are identified as direct participants in the homicide and concealment of the body.

According to the Civil Police themselves, the entire criminal act was recorded on video by the perpetrators. The images began circulating on social media a few hours after the operation was announced, causing a strong reaction due to the level of violence shown in the recordings.

Investigations indicate that the murder was ordered as a form of punishment within the criminal faction involved in drug trafficking. Police are also investigating who was responsible for leaking the video on social media and whether other people participated in the execution.

Operation Express Order is ongoing and further arrests are not ruled out.
