You mean they differ between you two? That could be explained by what I've just said. If you post 50 comments at, say 15:10, you'll be able to post another 50 just 3 minutes later. I dont think there's anything special about that 13 minutes mark, probably just the time the server was last rebooted

Good evening chaps. I have just experimentally determined that LiveGore hourly rate limits reset every hour at past 13 minutes. This means that if you hit the limit just minutes before that, you'll be free from the limit significantly sooner than an hour later!
